Garlic

I was told if my son was breastfed he would have a stronger immune system. Now I wonder what time of immune system he would of had if I didn't breastfeed him! He had constant ear infections from the time he was 4 months old until about 6 years old. He was on numerous bouts of antibiotics, sometimes both ears twice a month!!! I spent soooo much money on doctors appts and antibiotic prescriptions. His immune system got worse from what I think are the vast amounts of antibiotics. Finally, a guy at work told me to go to this natural store. I went and a man came out and sold me a bottle of ear oil (mostly garlic oil with a couple of other things) for 2 dollars. I brought it home, tried it when my son had an infection and I was BLOWN AWAY!!! About 2 days worth and it was gone. What's amazing is, it came back once or twice after that for about the first year and he hasn't had one since. I wish someone would have told me sooner!!!! Yeah he smelled like garlic and he was mad about that but no more expensive trips to the doctor and these crazy amounts of antibiotics. I've seen these bottles of ear oil since then and given them to my friends with kids and they said it worked for them too and they were amazed. The sell them at like whole foods and trader joes. Doesn't hurt to try right?

My son when he was 3 had recurring ear infections that once landed him in hostpital with double infections in both ears and a temperature of 40.He was on antibiotics on a regular basis and I cringed every time. Needless to say this did not cure the problem. On research I found that lemon grass has a very high vitamin A content and knowing that vitamin A is vital to fight infections I made tea for him. Well He loved the taste and he is now 12 and has NEVER had an ear ache since! so now when he is looking a bit run down or he's had too much of a good thing, I give him lemon grass tea. Fresh is best, luckily where I live it grows easily and abundantly in my garden. So It's free just like nature intended!

Cured toddler's ear infection!! After many ear infections and ear tubes in my son's ears, I was told to try 1 part hydrogen peroxide to 3 parts water and put drops in his ear to stop the discharge from his ears. Magic! It stopped the gooey discharge and cleaned his ear of the wax too!! I recommend it to everyone!!
Cod Liver Oil

Hi There... My Mom used to give us Codfish when we were kids. She said she gave it to us since we were toddlers using a syringe (without the needle) or a dropper from the fever liquid medicine and filled it with 3cc. Then when older, one teaspoon everyday. That stuff is good even for grown ups. Namaste!

The hydrogen peroxide really works. Our son was up most of the night with very severe ear ache pain. I had used hydrogen peroxide to prevent and treat colds, but had not used it on an ear ache previously. I was a little hesitant to put something in his ear when it was already hurting. However, it made a huge difference quickly. The pain is almost all gone now. I don't know why this works, but it does indeed work well. I would imagine that some of the people who have had problems with this maybe had a punctured eardrum to begin with. We have done this often enough that we know it works fine for us. We have had no problems using the hydrogen peroxide in ears.
Salt

Yesterday morning my 3 year son woke up screaming that his ear hurt. I'm a firm believer in chiropractic but it was Sunday and had to find something else for him. I didn't want to take him to urgent care because I didn't want antibotics so I turned on my computer and went to earthclinic and searched ear infections. I tried the warm salt on a washcloth, microwaved it and put on his ear. I did this twice in one hour and he hasn't complained once. Thanks so much!
